These terms apply to your use of the HabitLedger app. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA applies to the license to use the app.

1. Who can use HabitLedger

You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Not medical or financial advice

HabitLedger is an informational tool. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or treatment, and it is not financial advice. Cost, health, and recovery figures are estimates based on what you enter and on published research summaries. They do not describe your personal health. Talk to a healthcare professional before making decisions about your health. If you want help quitting tobacco, call 1-800-QUIT-NOW. For substance use support, call the SAMHSA National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. You can delete your account at any time in the app. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, try to access other people's data, or interfere with the service.

6. Changes and availability

We may update the app or these terms. If we make significant changes, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept them.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, USA, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
